In career transition coaching we will focus on helping you to evaluate the strengths which can be harnessed in your new career, creatively explore the options open to you and evaluate how these meet your needs. We also explore obstacles to your career change and how you can overcome these, before creating and implementing your action plan to achieve this exciting life change.
